I work for a company that manages 401k’s for employers across the US.  We have both big and small companies.  Every day we take calls from people who have lost their income due to wage and hour decreases, job losses, etc.  They are taking every penny from their 401k’s – essentially robbing their future savings in order to stay afloat today.  So I understand what’s happening out there.

So once you’ve exhausted your savings and maxed out the credit cards what do you do?  Although this website’s main purpose is to help you find a job, we understand that there comes a time when you are at your financial lowest and we would like to help you make an informed decision.

According to recent statistics and average of 4,000 American’s a day are filing for bankruptcy.  Have you considered that this might be a viable alternative for you too?

With the economy the way it is bankruptcy no longer carries the stigma that it once did.  Prospective employers understand that times are hard and that it’s a viable alternative.  Creditor’s understand this too and it’s much easier to rebuild your credit after a bankruptcy than it was 10 + years ago.

We encourage you to think (and pray) about considering bankruptcy as an alternative to give you some breathing room until the economy turns around and there are more job opportunities available.
