In the last few days we have been showing you how simple it is to begin a new career working from home. There is no need to sit at home and wonder what to do. Here is another solution. Many people get so discouraged that they think the world is going to end today instead of “taking the bull by the horns” and making something happen. Wayne Gretsky the former hockey champion has said “You always make 100% of the shots you don’t take”. Don’t let that happen to you, get out there and make something happen. All we can do is show you the opportunities, it’s up to you to decide whether you are willing to try. Do it today
Our next “work from home” job is just as simple as the first two yet is virtually unknown outside the industry.
This industry provides specialized services to major lending, leasing and insurance companies nationwide. There is currently an extreme nationwide shortage of individuals to perform these services on a local level. If you are dependable, have a digital camera of 2 megapixels or greater, have a computer with Internet access then these companies need you. They are looking for people to work in their local zip codes. There are currently 43,000 US zip codes and you can make some good money.
You can cover as many zip codes and work for as many companies as you can responsibly handle. These companies are NOT the actual lending, leasing and insurance institutions. These companies are contracted by these major institutions to gather the information (photos, reports, etc.) that they require. The more zip codes that each of these companies can cover, the more valuable they become to their clients.
You will be paid well to obtain this information. People just like you are getting paid $25, $50, and even $100 each for these simple photography jobs and filling out the accompanying reports (mostly online). It takes only 5 -15 minutes to complete each assignment. Some reps are doing 10+ assignments daily.
Equipment: You will need access to an inexpensive digital camera with at least 2 mega pixel of resolution (a higher resolution is preferred) and flash for cloudy days, interiors or evenings (no cell phone cameras), a phone (cell phone preferably, but not required), a PC or MAC with internet access, tape measure, clip board, and transportation to and from assignments. That’s about it. You can easily obtain a 10 – 12 megapixel camera for $100. The phones have become extremely inexpensive.
