As we promised we have been searching for the top ideas that you may or may not have thought of to create income. We have covered ways to make money with your digital camera in lessons 1 & 2 but now we come to something that I find very exciting and I think you will too. Many times a slow down like we are experiencing now can be terribly frustrating and it’s up to you to make your own opportunities rather than waiting. Hence – this article!
Anyone who is in business or even is thinking of starting a business knows the importance of having a top notch web page but most of these people are not web designers and are not interested in learning how. That’s where you come in! I know most of you are not web designers and believe it will take months to learn the trade but we have a surprise for you. It’s not that hard and we can and will show you how to get those skills and in short order.
On a side note – if you need immediate cash there are repair, maintenance or housecleaning jobs available almost everywhere. A friend of mine was cut from his job to just one day a week. In his field the jobs were very few and he is in his 50’s so you know how that goes. He began to advertise himself as a handyman and has more work than he can handle. He charges approximately $35 per hour but in some areas it could be $50 or more. A handyman doesn’t need to be licensed all he or she needs to know is how to fix things. If you are going to start this type of business, start by advertising with your friends either word of mouth or email.
Now for the internet opportunities – web design and graphics are always going to be in demand. However if you say you can design a website you had better be able to produce.
In the last few days we have been showing you how simple it is to begin a new career working from home. There is no need to sit at home and wonder what to do. Here is another solution. Many people get so discouraged that they think the world is going to end today instead of “taking the bull by the horns” and making something happen. Wayne Gretsky the former hockey champion has said “You always make 100% of the shots you don’t take”. Don’t let that happen to you, get out there and make something happen. All we can do is show you the opportunities, it’s up to you to decide whether you are willing to try. Do it today
Our next “work from home” job is just as simple as the first two yet is virtually unknown outside the industry.
This industry provides specialized services to major lending, leasing and insurance companies nationwide. There is currently an extreme nationwide shortage of individuals to perform these services on a local level. If you are dependable, have a digital camera of 2 megapixels or greater, have a computer with Internet access then these companies need you. They are looking for people to work in their local zip codes. There are currently 43,000 US zip codes and you can make some good money.
You can cover as many zip codes and work for as many companies as you can responsibly handle. These companies are NOT the actual lending, leasing and insurance institutions. These companies are contracted by these major institutions to gather the information (photos, reports, etc.) that they require. The more zip codes that each of these companies can cover, the more valuable they become to their clients.
You will be paid well to obtain this information. People just like you are getting paid $25, $50, and even $100 each for these simple photography jobs and filling out the accompanying reports (mostly online). It takes only 5 -15 minutes to complete each assignment. Some reps are doing 10+ assignments daily.
Equipment: You will need access to an inexpensive digital camera with at least 2 mega pixel of resolution (a higher resolution is preferred) and flash for cloudy days, interiors or evenings (no cell phone cameras), a phone (cell phone preferably, but not required), a PC or MAC with internet access, tape measure, clip board, and transportation to and from assignments. That’s about it. You can easily obtain a 10 – 12 megapixel camera for $100. The phones have become extremely inexpensive.
We know that times are tough but instead of sitting home reading the “want-ads” why not rather make some of your own luck. There are job GENUINE opportunities for work from home if you are willing to step out and try. I know there are scams but that doesn’t mean they all are, just be careful. My daughter, Leslie and I have been through some hard times and know the sinking feeling. That’s why we promise never to recommend anything unless we have checked it out first. Some of the ways to make money are so simple that you will ask yourself; “why didn’t I think of that”? – Today I am going to show you another of those.
Do you have a digital camera? Then you have a tool that can make you money and it doesn’t have to be a big expensive camera either. I have read some reviews that say you can use a phone camera and maybe you can but a regular digital camera will take a better picture. I looked at one in the mall the other day, 12 megapixels for less than $100. Most people have one already.
If you can take pictures there are people who will buy them (pay you a royalty for their usage). Thus you “sell” the same image over and over again. When companies design those flashy brochures or design websites they don’t hire a professional photographer to run around and look for subjects. They go in the Internet to sites that sell such images, pay a fee and download them. If the picture is yours you just made a sale.
Who wants to buy your pictures? There are realtors, entrepreneurs, writers, travel agents, teachers, insurance companies, illustrators, writers and many others. Everyone is busy and they look for fresh content to stay competitive. They go to sites that you will be shown, they pay a royalty for the usage then download them. You can sell the same picture over and over again. I can’t tell you how many times, in surfing the web I have come across the same image.
